Such a Slacker...

I can't even believe I have delayed so much in, well, blogging in general...BUT, especially this blog as it is probably one of the most interesting reads of the 21st Century...well, maybe that's not too entirely correct...most interesting reads of all time - that's better.  And, how can one eat so much good stuff and not blog it for so long?  For this action, I chastise myself with a steel-toe boot and punish myself to hard labor of cleaning five thousand forks that have been beladen with dried oatmeal.  Anyway, on too the good stuff...

Yesterday
  • Lunch at Lock Haven University for 2006's Constitutional Convention consisted (for me) of a Mojave Wrap (refried beans, corn, rice, lettuce, tomato, and hot sauce) and a bottle of Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccino.
  • Dinner was prepared by Dad, who crafted a deliciously light evening meal of bacon-wrapped scallops, large spiced butterfly shrimp, and a fried vegetable medely of mushrooms, asparagus, and russet potatoes - all amazing.
Today
  • Lunch at LHU for the second day of Con Con was a little less unorthodox, but included a new product - a small Quiznos Black Angus toasted sub with new Blazin' Buffalo Ranch Doritos (yummy, but not as good as the new Habanero Doritos) and a Pepsi (had been a while since I had satiated the requirement of this addiction to cola).
  • Dinner? - a lack-luster salad devoid of dressing (intentially), and a "sampler plate" of my Dad's pretty delicious beef roast with potatoes and perfectly-roasted carrots.
Tomorrow looks prospective as it is expected that I will attend a dinner with several others at the Olive Garden; I'm not exactly sure what I will have yet, but you can guarantee that I will dive at the opportunity to have something so multifaceted and three-dimentional in flavor that it will make your chest cavity burst with feelings of need, want, and coveting ;-)
